PETS ARE WELCOME
Pets are more than welcome at Lucca. There is a pet fee of $25 a month per pet, along with a one-time application fee of $300 per pet. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. No exotic pets are permitted.
Birds, if permitted, must be always caged. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. Residents will not be allowed to have a dog that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Malamute, Bull Terrier, wolfdog hybrid, Chow-Chow, or Great Dane.
Weight limit is 75 lbs.
